Rhonda Jackson

I’ve known Riyad for over 10 years and have seen him develop his skills as a personal trainer and physiotherapist. Throughout his training and education, I’ve known him to always be kind, compassionate and caring towards his clients, patrons and co-workers. No matter the time of day, no matter the hours he’s worked, he always finds time to smile, say “hello” and ask questions that are personal and meaningful to the recipient. He will go out of his way to help someone who needs an exercise tip or correction. If he sees someone who appears to be in discomfort or pain, he will make every effort to help that person relieve that discomfort.

Heavy Rope Training

Heavy Rope Training

Originally developed for combat or mixed martial arts, heavy rope training is becoming more mainstream. If your trainer hasn’t yet incorporated this into your routine, look no further. This is a back to our roots training method that will give you an edge no matter what your sport or goal is.
