Personal Training
We offer one on one training for strength and conditioning, core training and posture enhancement. Also including; sport specific training and conditioning, team coverage, injury prevention.

Physiotherapy
We have a primary focus in Manual Therapy as well as the other modalities listed below to help you restore movement and function to optimal levels so you can perform at your best again. Also offering on field rehabilitation and injury prevention training for sports teams. We are also mobile and can come to you.

Cupping
Is an ancient form of alternative medicine where a therapist uses special cups to create suction. This is a form of deep tissue work that helps with pain, inflammation, blood flow, and induces relaxation.

Dry Needling
Is a technique physical therapists use to treat myofascial pain. The technique uses a “dry” needle, one without medication or injection, inserted through the skin into areas of the muscle, known as trigger points.

Laser Therapy
Low level laser therapy (LLLT) is also called cold laser therapy. It uses laser light set to wavelengths between 600 and 980 nanometers. The laser is used to promote regeneration in tissue.

Electro Therapy
Uses low-voltage electrical current to reduce inflammation, for pain relief and can also help facilitate muscle contractions for training purposes.

Riyad Zuber
Riyad holds his Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia, with a BSc. in Nutrition and Health (Hons.) and a minor in Human Kinetics. His passion for soccer extends into his work with athletes of all ages and abilities as a Certified Strength and Conditioning coach; specializing in elite youth soccer players. Riyad also works as a Cardiac Exercise Specialist, and enjoys working with individuals with chronic disease and pain. Furthermore, he is a Certified Personal Trainer with over 10 years of experience helping people connect and succeed with their personal fitness and lifestyle goals.
Riyad has a wide scope of training and in-clinic/on-field experience thanks to his natural drive to help people excel in improving their health and wellness. Some of his training and experiences include Pro Sport Academy UK, Neurokinetic Therapy, DNS Sport, Functional Range Release and Functional Movement Systems.
